Los Angeles based PsychedeLiA Integration is happy to offer psychedelic integration sessions at Psychedelic Science 2023! We will support your integration process with exercises, education, and interactive discussion. We will work with and build on the community made up of all of us in the room as we co-create the circle and our experience together. We will explore safety and body sensations in and out of psychedelic space, as well as demonstrating a felt sense of support, and two kinds of grounding, one active and one passive/internal.
Psychedelic Integration is the successful embodiment into one’s life of spiritual and psychological insights, emotions, sensations and visions received during psychedelic journeys that support our healing, growth, and well-being. This leads directly to integrating disowned shadow parts of ourselves such that more feelings and choices are safely available to us in our daily lives.
